Since my last blog, I have had a number of thing happen First I had gastric bypass, because blood suger in 400+,so that is under control, my Gall bladder went bad about 6 months later. I lost down to 198 and was earing 36x29 jeans. Then my aorti valve that has been leaking for 9 year due to tic fever, started to go south on me so I gained back up to 215 and 38 x 29 pants. and I had about 5 a vib from 2005 to 2017. I had a valve put in on July 5, 2017 and everything is going uphill. I feel better than I ever have in the last 20 years. also just moved into poll barn house, which I have about 70% done. It has been a long time since I posted on hereI have lost down to 235. I haven't been this low in last 20 years. I have torn rotator on left shoulder with bone spurs and they need to do something with tenons. just starting second childhood. love u all

My dr. took away my pork and processed meats this time, said my heart murmur? needs help with a leaner diet and to take easy don't push myself that hard.. Still riding my motorcycle

Hi all, back In Arkansas, enjoy the hot summer and warm winters, we bought 30 acres and put polebarn and making house out of, also bought a old store and made a country store out of. Knee's r doing good, they let me know when change of weather is coming. I can't believe I hadn't been on here for a year. everybody have a great day

Hi all, I had left knee replacement April 17 this year, seems like it is taking longer to heal than before but we r hanging in there. Also packing to head home to Arkansas. I didn't know I could accumilate so much treasure LOL. Will Have gaint yardsell in Arkansas. Still fighting blood suger and Fatty liver, Will be glade to get Place finished in camp. Building resident in pole barn will post pics later as we build. Love u all Wilber

Happy New Year to all, It has been a while since on here, I am still alive and well. Right knee is doing ok but left one is about ready for replacement. Also problems with Liver. Dr. said I need to lose down from 270 to about 185. I am on atkins and down to 238, still a ways to go. Will be moving back to Arkansas this summer and semi retire. Love Ya All wilber

Knee ands Heart update

Hi all, I am all smiles after my two doctor appointment this last week. On my knee I had 10 more degrees of bent than they expected, The hard work paid off. The other was I had a heart murmur after I ran a fever of 102 to 105 for a week. So I had a eckocardiagram and showed I had calcium build up in heart and some lazy muscle also. The heart spec. said that it was minor and would be at least 4 years before I would need surgery to to repair valves in heart. Thanks for prayers. Love ya all Wilber

One year since Knee Replacement

I am going in this week for year checkup on knee. I would do again if I had to. Knee is doing real good but you have to keep up the stretching exercise to have maximum benefits. When I was down with virus had to start over with all the stretching to get back in shape for it was sore. Roscoe is still missing and is missed very much.(Roscoe my turned up missing on 7/4/2010)Tomorrow will start winterizing supposed to have possible frost tonight. Everybody have great weekend. Rosco still missing

It has been 4 weeks since Rosco disappeared. We are still checking pounds and searching for him. Just hope someone found him that would give him good home. The area here has a lot of wild animals that could..... I don't want to think that and he has never got off the cable before. the humane soc. said he was probably took. It is still hard and Lucy still cries for him. Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes. Love Ya All wilber

Hi all, been a while but I have been working a lot of hours. Leg is doing fine, just have to keep flexing it to keep it limber. Some bad news My Rosco got loose on July 4 and we are still looking for him. You don't know how much you miss them until they are gone. Looking forward to the time that I can retire and just hunt and fish and work on my small hunting land in Arkansas. God bless will write more later.
