Whatever works I guess. I still eat pork, but have drastically cut back on processed meats.

Sounds like good medical advice for all. The heart murmur thing just needs monitoring until it gets worse. Many of us have this issue in our later years. Stay active as it won't be a problem for that. Spiritwoman ^i^
