Spring fever is in the air and so many thing to do. It is almost like Christmas and making list of thing to do. Always wishing it would get here but never getting everything done that you want to. Like everything on my list like getting all the fishing poles ready and cleaning up all the lures . Oh Yes I almost forgot getting the boat ready(cleaning, charging all the batteries). Then there is the Yard, flower bed, mini-garden and de winterizing the house. But last but not least Getting the motorcycle ready and I ham working on all of the above and hope to have them all done before Mary get back from her six weeks Vacation in Tennessee. Hi all, it has been a while since last posting. My was in my house in Gassville, Ark last month when tornado struck. I am very lucky that he and the two neighbors, took refuse in the hallway. It did about $30,000 of damage. but there were more than 100 homes and business destroyed and over 300 hundred damaged. Sadly one person lost her life. I have made a couple of trips down trying to get the house back together for my and his two boys can move back in. I have gave thanks for God keeping his protecting hands on my and grandsons. While down there I have seen so many people helping putting tarps on roofs, bringing food for the worker and all the local churches and federal agents like Fema, SBA, and law enforcement and firemen working with utility companies. All of the surrounding town chipped in with their city street workers to get people into shelters and clean debris up while preserving personal belonging. My prayer are with all that went are involved and affected by this catastrophe Love Ya All wilber
ps the house in the picture is not mine boy's home

A poem I read this morning, That reminds of the times we live in. If only we could change.

Six humans trapped by happenstance
in black and bitter cold
Each possessed a stick of wood,
Or so the story's told.

Their dying fire in need of logs,
the first woman held hers back
For on the faces around the fire
She noticed one was black.

The next man looking 'cross the way
Saw one not of his church
And couldn't bring himself to give
The fire his stick of birch.

The third one sat in tattered clothes
He gave his coat a hitch,
Why should his log be put to use
To warm the idle rich?

The rich man just sat back and thought
Of the wealth he had in store,
And how to keep what he had earned
>From the lazy, shiftless poor.

The black man's face bespoke revenge
As the fire passed from his sight,
For all he saw in his stick of wood
Was a chance to spite the white.

And the last man of this forlorn group
Did naught except for gain,
Giving only to those who gave
Was how he played the game.

The logs held tight in death's stilled hands
Was proof of human sin,
They didn't die from the cold without,
They died from the cold within.

I think we need to built a fire within. Love ya all, Mary and Wilber

Has Union lost its power?

Where I work has a union, I try to buy USA made but every where I go to shop, More things are made outside the USA. And so many recalls from pet food ,toys and medical supplies. I have been cut back from 53 hours a week at work to 40, a lost of around of about $400 a week. Our Union has asked us to work smart by saving every chance we get and to conserve. By saving the company money we become more completive in the world marketplace. Our company is going threw slow times and has cut back to 4 day of production a week. I think it is time for all americans to take america back. Where we don't have to depend on countries for our energy, and most of the thing that we use every days. We need fair trade not a lop sided trade agreement. I guess I am listening to much to the news at what is going around the world. What are your thoughts on this. Leeroy
