update

Hi all, been a while but I have been working a lot of hours. Leg is doing fine, just have to keep flexing it to keep it limber. Some bad news My Rosco got loose on July 4 and we are still looking for him. You don't know how much you miss them until they are gone. Looking forward to the time that I can retire and just hunt and fish and work on my small hunting land in Arkansas. God bless will write more later.

love ya all wilber

Leroy ~ so sorry to hear that your little pal has run off, i do hope you get the doggy back

but the leg is great news, we was chatting with a consultant on monday about my wifes hip and knee replacements and how the degree of knee bend varies in people, thankfully as your now enjoying the benifits of being free of that grinding pain

next its my wifes (cortezone injections) for her feet and something similar in her back , hopefully in the next month (carpol tunnel tendon release) all as a day case

its hard work when your falling to pieces lol ~ thank goodness for our National health services were treatment and medications are free at point of need

Please keep checking with the animal shelters in your area, and it would be a good idea to put up new picture 'Lost Dog' signs at local grocery/convenience/garages etc. since if the signs look old, people will think that you just forgot to take them down.

Glad that everything else seems to be going well!!

I am new here, Leeroy, but wanted to say I hope you find Rosco. I have had dogs and have a cat and they are my babies. And good to hear your leg is coming along well. Your retirement plans sound like heaven. Take care.
