This a poem I read to day, I hope you enjoy.
YOU KNOW YOU'RE GETTING OLDER WHEN...

Does your body have arthritis? Is your hair turning gray? Do the wrinkles on your aging face feel like they've come to stay?
When your husband turns the heat up and you are still cold, remember these are just some signs that say, You're getting old.
Your grandchildren are getting older and their birthdays you forget, and you wish that you could subtract twenty years from a body that just wants to sit.
Does your body do one sit-up that stays with you all day? Half in the morning when you get up and the other half when you're in bed to stay.
The clothes you had when younger you can suddenly no longer wear. You try to put them on anyway, but all they do is tear.
You walk to the bathroom to brush your teeth and find that they're not there. Your chest is going up and down and you have to try hard just to get some air.
You try to stick to a diet and your food intake goes down. But, when you get on the scale, it shows you've gained two pounds.
You decide to do some jogging, oh, say twice around the block. You set the alarm to time yourself and you get beat by the clock.
When you mention 'Elvis' to someone and they say to you, Who's he? You tell them a famous singer and they say, Was he on your family tree?
You decide to look for your glasses, so you can read in bed. You look all over the house for them and find they're on top of your head.
When your best friend has a birthday, no matter what time of the year. Do you remember to send them a card, or a late one that says, I missed it. Oh, dear.
Don't feel bad about growing older. We all have to do it someday. Even though old age is starting to catch up to you, don't let insulting birthday greetings get in your way.

Thanksgiving without a turkey

I ended up going with friends in the trailer park we live in to Golden Coral. Man, it was really packed. They had turkey but every time I went up to get some they ran out and told me that it would be 10 more minutes. But the ham was great also the all the trimming. We Had a good time, ate to much but that was expected. Still miss Mary but life goes on. Love Ya all Wilber

It is hell getting older

What I really wanted to hear. That is what my doctor said when I had a accident at work and fell off of a ladder(only two feet). I landed on my right knee, but I strained my knee and will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal because I am older and have arthritis. My place of employment has a ldl room that all hurt employee(job related)stay and they do light work if any at all. Oh yes we got our first snow(4") yesterday. All take care. Love ya all Wilber

It is still very hard to face each day knowing that you have lost a love that turned your world upside down. I will be off here for a while until I get my head where it should be. Thanks to all for the support and prayers . Love ya all Wilber

As all of you know by now that Mary and I have split up. This is one of the hardest thing I have ever done. Mary is a angel sent to enrich all of our life's. I have failed at making her happy. She deserves to be happy for she has brought so much love into my life. My Prayers goes out to her for she is one special lady. Love Ya All Wilber

Sometimes one has a angel visit and makes a person's complete. I am so sorry that I let her get away. Mary is on her way back to Tenn. She is one special lady. She need all the support of her friends in SFF. I feel like I lost my best friend. I hope some day she find what she is looking for and that she is made to feel like she made me feel. Mary a grandma again

Hi All
Mary second Sherri gave birth to 8lb. and 14 once baby girl on Wed. all are doing just fine and dandy. Mary will be in Tenn. For a about a month for her had a "c" section. So Mary will try to spoil her granddaughter in a month or so. Love Ya All Wilber
