I have lived overseas for much of my adult life, much of it in Japan. Also 8 years in Australia, and have Aussie passport as well as British. Love nature, outdoors - gardens, parks, walking, cycling, driving.
I have never been ambitious or materialistic, in spite of having an M.A. and 2 passports. I cannot say I have much money or many friends. Being a nature-lover and outdoor type, I have kept myself in good physical condition, with a body that looks much younger than my age (though I cannot keep my face looking young!). I think my dress-sense and lifestyle are also much younger.
I have lived in Shibuyaku many years, but now downshifting, considering my retirement options and lifestyle. I grew up in the countryside in England, and am still a nature-lover, so moving to a countryside area is appealing, although I can compromise with a partner.
My Ideal Person
Ideally, a lady the same age as me, but also, like me, still very fit and active, to share indoor as well as outdoor activities, and still looks good with or without clothes(!). Or a younger lady who is attracted to an older man. Apart from physical compatibility, lifestyle and direction are probably the most important things I would be trying to match. Someone who is retired or close to retiring would be best.
