Divorced after 34 years...I'm exploring all of life's options! I have a positive outlook & deep peral faith that carries me through tough times. We have little control over what happens to us in life, but we CAN control how we deal with it, & attitude is everything. So I live by this motto: "Happiness is not a destination, it is a way of travel!"
I'm a self-employed artist/writer/photographer. Born & raised in rural eastern OR & WA, I grew up in a wonderful family that works together raising, training & showing s. A country girl at heart, I also appreciate cultural & social experiences that can be found in the city. Museums, theater, galleries, concerts, dancing are things I enjoy. Tho' jeans & boots are daily attire, it's fun to dress elegantly & do the night life occasionally.
"Rubenesque" would best describe my body type. But sensuality comes in all sizes & I'm very sensual & uninhibited. I have an inquisitive mind, relish new experiences, & feel comfortable with all types of people & social settings. I'm outgoing & there isn't much that intimidates me! I like to travel, meet new people, explore new places.
Animals are part of my life. My work focuses on the industry. I do freelance photography at events & also paint & draw, our western heritage being my main subject. Nature is an inspiration & I love the outdoors. Camping, boating, exploring rural back roads are fun & refresh my creativity.
I'm non-judgmental & forgiving. Life is too short to diminish with "chronic anger". But I don't like Bigots & Super-Egotists so I avoid these types! I enjoy people & their diversity, but also require time alone to renew my creative energy.

My Ideal Person
Honesty & integrity will always rule his choices in life. He should be non-judgemental & capable of discussing his thoughts & feelings openly. He should be secure enough to trust my honesty & respect my intelligence. A compassionate nature & a forgiving heart will have allowed him to put his "emotional baggage" from past relationships down...& be willing to start fresh without old hurts interfering w/ the future. And he will be able to laugh at life & himself...& pursue each day w/ a passion for living!
