Suddenly
the Black Monster broke through the ocean floor

the power overwhelmed the skies above it
existing life was no more

The fiery tongue lashed huge red hot flames
breathing black smoke in fierce demand

emitting slimy vomit into the salty waters
while floating film within his command

No force can stop this raging monster
creeping nearer to the sandy shore each day
leaving death and destruction in it's wake
polluting everything that's in it's way

Flying wildlife is covered in the stench
unable to breathe or fly

Sea life afloat on surface of the water
searching for oxygen until they die

The Black Monster spreads in all directions
we are the victims of it's wrath
each day it consumes more of our possesions
nothing will escape it's moving path

Doomed to destruction of our future
the Black Monster continues to roam
destroying the beaches near the shoreline
taking away pleasures we call home

We pray somehow to stop the monster
that broke through the ocean floor
clearing the sheen from our precious waters
drying our soulful tears forever more
