Group members...I am still trying to find out why you ( member) cannot add a topic to this group...it makes no sense to me, as I have followed all of the required rules...
Could you respond to this message, so I can tell if any type of communication is working...thanks...they finally acknowledged that I have eight members...I am determined to find the glitch...may have to write a snail mail letter... floatingleaf... |

Hallo Mussie... Your message can be read (By me, at least.) Yesterday, I saw a new poem by you, but now it is gone...I am also having trouble signing in, even though I'm on a silver, so it's not the money... Take care, Mussie and keep going... Ron.

Ron, thanks dear friend for responding...this confirms the fact they are getting my messages, just not bothering to answer...wish I knew a personal contact for groups, or better yet a phone number...we as members deserve better treatment...They do list a snail mail address, my next step...I have temporarily closed Mussie's Musings, may reopen later...appears to have the same problems as THE POETESS FEELS...what the hey!, one problem at a time... I am enjoying your sonnets, and you blogs on astrology, find the writings very informative and interesting... Hope someday to get a progressive chart from you, feel my time is limited...My bucket list is growing...lol...hugs floatingleaf...

LadyLu, I am replying to your request, but I'm doing so from the main Groups page, not from within your Group itself. Later, I'll go into your Group and see if I can find this same query topic. If I can, I'll write a slightly different message so you can see that both work. If I don't find your query there, I'll come back here and let you know. NL

LadyLu, I am now writing from within your Group and I do see your topic. So, this is the slightly different response I promised.
I have a theory as to why other folks' poems do not appear. You have red push pins in your own topics -- that forces them to always appear at the top of the list of topics. And it appears that the entire topics page is filled by those push pin topics. I'm guessing that the poems that others submit are in your group but perhaps on page 2 of the topics. Is that a possibility? NL

OK, I have solved this problem!!! When I went to Active Topics and checked Page 2, I found two posts from LizzyLou dated December 9th, two posts from WarmLover dated Jan 13 and March 19, and four posts from Prodicalreturns -- three on May 7th and one more on May 8. So, all of these posts were forced onto page 2 because Page 1 was already filled with posts that were marked with red push pins and which were not, therefore, permitted to slide down the page. They could not be preceded by any non-red-push-pin post. There's your explanation. Solution? Get rid of all the red push pins. NL

NL...I need to know more about the red push pins...why are they there???...LadyLu thanks! Gotta go... floatingleaf...

Hallo Mussie... lol... Before you submit your poems, you can see the button which states... 'Not Sticky'. You should leave that button on so every poem goes to the top. You must be clicking the button on so it stays top all the time. You might have to edit all your poems and remove the 'TOP' to 'NOT STICKY'...So all the poems sent in will appear! Chat soon, Mussie... Ron.

Thanks Ron...it will take me a while, doing it from the library...my monitor went out yesterday, talk about being in the dark, that dark was not even romantic...lol...so alone...have started looking for another moniter, may get a larger one...don't know how often I will drive to the library, not very far about 5 miles...there is about 50 people here today, so will touch on my other sites and catch you later....cya...mussie floatingleaf...
