I used to work in buildings with no air conditioning and very little breeze. But I have ...

Those Annoying Religious Tracts - 5/2/2012

I work in Retail as a Cashier and have to be polite to customers no matter how obnoxious they are. Politics and Religion are two areas where most folks have strong opinions. Most of the time I just don't "go there" with people especially since most of my views are unconventional.

Nevertheless, if one more customer hands me one of those Religious Tracts, I am going to be very ...

Is there too much "Wah Wah Wah" in Country Music? - 4/24/2012

My younger got himself a DUI and had to spend a few days in the Southern Regional Bed and Breakfast. My Philosophy is the tougher it is - the better he'll learn so when I picked him up - I decided to torture him with Country Music on the way home and Reba is his least favorite.

I drove all the back roads home and played Reba for him.

Lately, I've been hearing Reba ...

Friday the Thirteen - Bad Number or Otherwise - 3/28/2012

Paraskavedekatriaphobia- Fear of Friday 13th This Friday the 13th was fairly Ho Hum other than a Winter Storm - I have enough of a metaphysical trait to actually like Friday the 13th. I fed the Black cat in the house and no bad luck followed. I even fed the obnoxious gray one.

Triskaidekaphobia is fear of the number 13 - Some buildings will eliminate the 13th Story and ...
