All the reports are that this is a banner year for allergies.....like the cicadas , all the pollens are converging at once. Im sure the allergy meds are flying off the shelves. Good luck.
Brave you for strolling the lake so early, the beginning of your lake adventure days.....
( sneezing as i write this ...lol )
Not sure why it took so long to notice how my allergies were affecting me.
As for strolling along the lake, it was not brave. The temperature climbed up to 81 degrees on a calm sunny day. I just had to let that sun shine on as much of me as possible. Build up the tan etc.
I don't get much of the sneezing but boy do my sinuses build pressure. and my eyes water.
Take good care of yourself and keep the meds handy.
Hugs!
Allergies are killing us here in Oklahoma. Tree pollen is high. And our winds have been strong and gusty. The shelves get cleared of allergy meds.
I love your glassware. Gorgeous colors. And the reflection is very sensual. You have a great eye for sensuality.
Hugs!!!
Thank you for the compliment. The glassware colors are lovely. I have a pair each of the red and blue goblets and a pair of the green votives. They are all arranged on my east window sill and are lovely to see on sunny mornings. As I noted to JN I need to take a picture of the full row come the next sunny morning.
Sorry to hear your are racked with windy pollen filled days an the allergies they bring. Hope you have found effective meds for the allergies at least. I doubt there is anything that will calm the winds. I just hope no one has cut down any of the windbreaks that slow them down a bit.
Diane says I have an artists eye. I have discovered that once you tune your eye and mind to the sensual life becomes much more enjoyable. I have no doubt that you have done so.
Sending your big naked sensual hugs. (I fear that not everyone understands that the sensual does not have to be sexual but sexual should be sensual.)
Sorry about the allergies! I think mine are coming on a bit too. But I managed to get out for my first bike ride of the year yesterday.
Allergies can be a royal pain. Isn't it great there are pills that stop or cut way down on the effect they have. Hope you bike ride was a good one. I need to pump the tires up on my bike and haul my sorry bottom out riding soon and often.
Hugs!
Loving the red goblet! So pretty!
I have a pair of the red and of the blue goblets sitting in that window. In the morning with the sun shining on them they are fantastic. Such bits do add a nice touch to the place. I thought I had a picture of them all on the shelf to post here. I see I shall have to take one on a sunny morning soon and post it.
Sending you big naked "It is great to see you back." hugs.
She threw a fit at our shop last week, I have a post on my blog about it. I too have been feeling lethargic.
I shall have to check out that post. When Ma throws a fit she can be pretty scary and destructive. Hope she was not the last with you.
@justskin1 the shop has a big dent in the roof
@Bigwilly3392c OUCH! Hope it is not a leaky dent but that may be much to ask.
@justskin1 don’t know yet, it hasn’t rained since it happened
It was a beautiful weekend here, too. I was headed to the botanical garden, yesterday, for a talk on the mechanics of butterfly flight. I never made it into the driveway it was so crowded. Walked elsewhere and had a staring contest with a (camera shy) deer instead.
Sorry the talk was too crowded to go to. It is good to hear you did get to enjoy a nice walk. I assume that as soon as you moved to take a picture the deer bolted.
Diane and I had a lovely walk though part of our arboretum. It is a good thing most of it is smooth enough for her to use her walker.
Sending you big hugs.
In case you are wondering, the window is showing what I usually wear when doing my PT. Not sure why the camera seems to capture such a clear view of the window screen. The fence is showing up all too well too.
The window screen is showing up from the angle the sun is striking it.
@superbjversion2 So it is. The sun sure does highlight it more than I care for it to.
