Ya.....everyone says the after surgery exercises are where the magic is. Kudos for keeping up with em. U are def ready for your lake and your golden goblet...~
I have been pretty goo, but not perfect, about doing my exercises. Am so looking forward to wandering by the lake in the skimpy speedo, with the golden goblet, and occasionally kissing a lovely woman's hand. Would love to see you at Devil's Lake, have a nice chat and kiss your hand. Perhaps even give you an almost naked hug.
Can't help but wonder if I will get any comments on the scar.
My PT person says I may well be able to do some kayaking come June.
Sending you a hand kiss and big naked hugs.
Good for you to be diligent with your home exercises! It will make full recovery so much better. And I love all the skin exposed
Hugs!!
I have heard that a problem PT therapists have with many of their patients is getting them to do the exercises.
I am trying to be diligent.
Glad you love seeing all that skin as I sure do enjoy showing a lot, no, make that all of my skin.
Sending you big naked hugs and may you get to show a lot of skin with the kids away.
Good job sticking with the PT. Our teacher had us do something similar in yoga today - stand with our back to the wall, make "cactus arms" and then move them up and down the wall, trying to keep our forearms touching the wall. It was surprisingly challenging even with an uninjured shoulder!
Happy HNW.
I have been quite good about doing the PT twice a day as needed. the "cactus arms" thing like I am working on in the 3rd pic is a challenge to do. I will never be able to get my forearm all the way back to the wall even with the uninjured arm as it requires a degree of elbow rotation that I may never have had. I will be pleased to get the left arm to do as well as the right and have been told to keep up the process but not to try pushing too hard.
Hugs and Happy HNW!
Hummm, not sure I'd do weights while nekkid. Just seems like an accident waiting to happen!
Happy HNW.
Just means one has to be sure to control the weights.
I'm so proud of you for being Half Nekkid this week! The thong photographed very dark. It wasn't until the last picture that I could see the green.
Thank you! I was happy to do HNW differently this week. As I mentioned I was disappointed the thong showed so dark. Kinda cut off the second E.
Wishing you luck with the PT
It is going very well. Thank You.
@justskin1 I know how painful it can be regaining range of motion, I had to go through pt for an ankle injury.
@Bigwilly3392c I have been lucky and it has not been very painful. Just got back from my PT appt. She says I am well ahead of most people on regaining my strength and range of motion. We credit with my being in good shape with strong muscles to begin with.
