Being unsure of your routine and your protein intake, along with eating and hydrating habits, I'll to provide a little guidance.
Protein intake is based on your existing weight and exercise habits and routine. You probably can Google it, but around 12 years ago, a Florida school issued a report, which basically raised the protein amounts that were used from the early 70s.
Women:
Couch Potato - 0.5 to 0.65 grams/lb
Mild Exercising (3 times/wk) - 0.65 to 0.8 gm/lb
Athletic/Heavier Exercising (5/wk) - 0.8 to 0.95 gm/lb
Pro Athlete Level - 0.95 to 1.10 gm/lb
Bodybuilders/Powerlifters - > 1.10 gm/lb
For men, the starting point is- 0.65 to 0.80 gm/lb.
To be noted, your body doesn't like to process more than 30 to 35 grams of protein at any given time without being trick, using Creatine and other supplements. However, bodybuilders and powerlifters have much higher incidences of all the digestive aliments, because even though the absorb the protein, there bodies can't physically process and rid itself of the food or waste.
So, calculate your needed protein for your health, then figure out meals to sort of evenly spread it out.
Hydration is key, because if you're reducing carbs, your body and various bodily functions still require the glycogen. If insufficient, the body will convert protein to glycogen (sugar), but the byproduct is Ammonia, which is toxic, so the body instantly extracts water from the body, to convert the Ammonia to Urea, which is then flushed via the kidneys, provided your hydration levels are appropriate (80 oz minimum, daily). If it isn't flushed, then Uremia sets in, which can lead to kidney failure, heart attack and/or death.
