Try melatonin. It's a natural chemical in our brain that induces sleep. It depletes as we get older and needs to be replenished. I take it and sleep well every night.

I don't know your feelings about 420 or what the laws are like where you live, but a good indica will put you right to sleep and you will wake up refreshed. CBD oil works well, too, but be careful where you buy it. Many companies sell CBD with a bunch of other shit added. You'll want pure CBD.

Have you tried drinking a sleepy time herbal tea about 20 minutes before going to bed...or taking melatonin 20 minutes before bed?
Barely 5 hours a day here, I was told it was my age😫 my answer is a good shot of rum, dark rum, I still sleep no longer than 5 hours total but it is a deep refreshing sleep.
You are right too sex and orgasms do not help you sleep, if it is done well it just makes you want more so therefore wake up sooner 😜.

I’m so sorry! I know how you feel. I suffer from PTSD. One of my symptoms is insomnia. It can be really bad at times. I wish I had an answer for you but unfortunately I don’t. Physical contact can often helps me with mine.
