I was walking through the Hemlock Forest on the Mabel Dowdy Hiking Trail - Lo and Behold Another Idea for A Geocache to Plant.
Socrates would have boded well to commune with Nature among the Hemlock Trees in Appalachia versus drinking Hemlock Tea in Athens.

Small Town Courtroom Drama

Grumpy, My now ex-hubby received a citation for violating a city ordinance. His Grass was too tall. It's a fifty dollar fine but Dumb things like this is how the town gets $$$$$$$$. Yesterday he went to go to court with broken lawnmower to parts to explain why the grass got a shade too tall. Did the cop take a measuring stick to measure the grass?
He was told that he had to plead Guilty or Not Guilty. Dah! Can't it just be settle right now. Only if he agreed to give them $50. otherwise a trial is set up. 
The First Form
1. He doesn't need a Lawyer
2. He will bring a Lawyer
3. He needs a court appointed lawyer
(if he loses, he would have to pay for the court appointed lawyer)
and
1. Decision by Jury or Decision by Judge
so Grumpy asked - What happens if I check that I don't need a lawyer but decide to get one later on. Not a problem, It most likely cost more to hire a lawyer than it would be for the fifty dollar fine.
Conditions of Waiving a $100. Bond (If he goes to jail awaiting the trial date - It would cost him $40. a day)
1. Abide by city laws (Dah!)
2. No drugs or alcohol use
Grumpy asked, "Does this mean that I can't sit on my front porch and have a beer!" The Cop won't get him for having a beer in his home but if he does it while driving through town or smoke wacky weed while sitting at the riverbank, he will owe the City an extra one hundred dollars.
3. If he leaves the area he has to tell them.
His weekend trips with his 32 year old girlfriend may be more than the local cop wants to hear. (He should have brought that half naked girlfriend into court with him)

New Moon in LIBRA and Retrograding Planets................

Today the Sun is in Libra and the Moon is in Libra. Thus
LIBRAS RULE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!
Being a typical Libra - I intensely dislike making Decisions.......but Alas - Circumstances dictate that I must make a decision and I put a time limit on that decision which is today.
So I check the Planetary Arrangements and what do I find.
MERCURY RETROGRADE!!!!!!!
Needless to say, SOMETHING IS ALLWAYS IN RETROGRADE...........
A Decision must be made nevertheless. I was hoping that events would fall into place so that I would not have to make a decison but that hasn't happen so Either Decision I make is going to require a Blind Faith move and right now I don't have any faith.
Sometimes the only way to get faith is to start walking in the dark.

Yesterday, I acheive the first part of my Mecca which is to see the Gravesite of Robert E Lee located in a Chapel situatiated on the Washington and Lee University Campus in Lexington, Virginia. The Next stage of my mecca is to see where Thomas Jefferson slept with Sally Hemings in Charlotteville, Virginia. The Final Stage is to visit the Gravesite of Sally Hemmings who is buried under a Hampton Inn Parking Lot in Charlottesville.

There is always some planet in Retrograde thus far - Somebody hit Grumpy's Firechicken - just a minor scratch but he all upset because it's a pedigree chicken. The IRS screwed up on my taxes and doubled what I actually earned. Every effort that I've made to leave has been blocked. Ad Infinium......... I have several major decisions that can't stay on hold until November 6th............

Planetary Energies within a chart are neither g00d nor bAd. A cOp and a crOOk can have the same aspect in thier charts, they made different choices on how to use that energy.
My last LOVE Interest turned out to be a flipflop man with a Pisces m00n. Another woman experience the same with a Pisces m00n man.
I recently checked out the planetary arrangements of a potential love interest. Lo and Behold...........Pisces mOOn
Would this be a case of doing the same thing and expecting different results or perhaps there is a lesson that needs to be learned thus the situation repeats itself.
Perhaps, I should run fast as I can to California and join the Lesbian Community - or head to Arkansas and find a Biker with a Leo Moon.

West Forgotten By Santa Virginity
I have a 12 Step Community, Girlfriends, the Forest and I am somewhat into my comfort zone but if certain things don't happen, I will have to leave. This is where I am ticked off at God and I am having a Trust Issue even with God.
I can go to Arkansas to be closer to my disfunctional siblings. I can head to California and join the Lesbian Community. Maybe I can just pick up a Biker instead.   or perhaps I can find someplace closer to my comfort zone. Ya Think! I just can't figure out the difference between my Agenda and God's Agenda.
As an Astrologer, I am waiting until the New Moon (Sun in Libra/Moon in Libra) before I make a Move! We are in the Season of Libra so It's Be Nice to Libra Time.

I am tempted, I am really really tempted. Considering my recent luck with men, it may be a practical alternative.
