...Trump has been called the DKE President in several articles and those who voted for and continue to support him suffer from the same condition.......and especially those who call themselves "Political Advocates" ......Basically, TDK is when you're too stupid to know you're stupid.

from wiki....." the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people of low ability have illusory superiority and mistakenly assess their cognitive ability as greater than it is. The cognitive bias of illusory superiority comes from the metacognitive inability of low-ability people to recognize their lack of ability; without the self-awareness of metacognition, low-ability people cannot objectively evaluate their actual competence or incompetence."

So Trump hires his old buddy Giuliani for his defence team and the first thing he does, coming out of the gate, is go on Fox and call Trump a liar. I couldn't believe my ears........and Hannity had the same reaction......what?......Yup.....he said that Trump reimbursed Cohen the $130,000 hush money he paid Stormy Daniels........he said Trump paid him through a law firm......in instalments.......not only calling Trump a liar, but opening him up to all kinds of legal problems.......LOL......and Avenatti is on it like white on paper.......HA!........This is going to be fun.......bring popcorn......

FOX BIAS?

NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)—

Millions of Americans were stunned and incredulous on Monday after learning of a possible incident of bias at Fox News Channel.

At a time when so many American institutions have been under attack, the possibility that Fox, one of the nation’s most respected news organizations, might be susceptible to hidden agendas was too much for many to take.

In interviews across the country, Fox viewers expressed disappointment, confusion, and shock that a news network known for its exacting standards had imperilled its hard-earned reputation for fairness.

“I’m devastated by this,” Carol Foyler, a viewer from Scottsdale, Arizona, said. “If we can’t trust Fox News, who can we trust?”

Tracy Klugian, a viewer from Akron, Ohio, said that he had been “walking around in a state of disbelief” since he learned of possible bias at the network. “I’m trying to be strong, but it’s tough,” he said. “I know I speak for a lot of people when I say that today was the day that America lost its innocence.”

But some Fox viewers, like Harland Dorrinson, of Topeka, Kansas, warned of a “rush to judgment” against Fox, urging people to remember the network’s stellar record of journalistic accomplishments.

“Whenever there was a national emergency, whether it was Benghazi, Hillary’s e-mails, or Obama’s birth certificate, Fox News was there,” he said. “One little mistake doesn’t wash all that away.”

In 1968 or thereabouts, I was in a "Survival Theatre" company in Vancouver. I took some Improv classes with an ancient actress....ancient in my youthful eyes anyways.....She had a pure white afro and Kente-cloth djellabas....She traded me a huge antique costume-jewellery brooch for one of my paintings.......In the 90's, I was having this brooch repaired......The centre of the brooch is a porcelain cabochon with a Greek Goddess painted on it, about 2 in. by 1 1/2 inches........When I went to pick it up from the jeweller, he was all excited that there was a large number 42 stamped on the back........Somehow he knew that the owner of such a brooch would know the significance of that number......Honestly, it took me a minute.....He was right that I enjoyed Douglas Adams's work, I had read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, but I wasn't a fan in the category that the jeweller was...... I must admit, however, that I occasionally use the famous line....."So long and thanks for all the fish" when saying goodbye to certain people, as a poke, and sometimes I'm lucky and get a big grin in return.....Anyways, that's my exhaustingly verbose introduction to this amusing little crustacean***

Spring is late this year, but it's finally warm enough to go for a walk without a jacket........The white flowers are Fawn Lillies that grow on the edges of forest, the pink ones are Salmon-Berry and of course everyone knows the quotidian Dante de Lion......The green buds are Western Maple .....They are huge packets of leaves and flowers unfurling.......One of my favourites.......I have painted all these at one time or another....they sell like hotcakes....especially of the lillies..........
