It's a lot funnier if you watch Osho himself do this monologue, but....here are selected excerpt from an OSHO TALK “The Great Pilgrimage: From Here to Here #23”
Here, Osho speaks about the versatile use of the English word “F*ck”. It is one of the most interesting words in English language today.
Osho says that there are not many words with the versatility of f*ck. Besides the s*xual meaning, there are also the following uses:
Ignorance: F*cked if I know.
Trouble: I guess I am f*cked now!
Fraud: I got f*cked at the used car lot.
Aggression: F*ck you!
Displeasure: What the f*ck is going on here?
Difficulty: I can’t understand this f*cking job.
Incompetence: He is a f*ck-off.
Suspicion: What the f*ck are you doing?
Enjoyment: I had a f*cking good time.
Request: Get the f*ck out of here.
Hostility: I’m going to knock your f*cking head off.
Greeting: How the f*ck are you?
Apathy: Who gives a f*ck?
Innovation: Get a bigger f*cking hammer.
Surprise: F*ck! You scared the shit out of me!
Anxiety: Today is really f*cked.

Anthropocene.......Proposed as a new geological epoch, the Anthropocene is defined as the permanent impact of Human activities on Earth, such as terraforming through mining, urbanization and agriculture, Human-caused extinction and biodiversity loss and the global presence of materials such as plastics and concrete.

CONVERSATION

This came from a friend this morning.....she is back in Vancouver for her new position at UBC after living in Honduras where she grew up while writing her PHD thesis on the Ethnobotony of the region. She is imbued with the wisdom of the ages. When I say this, she says that the plants have taught her.
Reminds me of Paul Feyerbend's theory of ancestral memory as a physical phenomena that exists as an environmental component rather than as a discrete brain-trace......The possibility that our minds and memories are non-specific to us as individuals but are part of a resonant fabric that informs our psychology and morphology..........
Here is what Saskia said.......oh, and the photos are hers as well....
There used to be many conversations in the world. Now there appears to be just one, and so often it takes the form of an argument. Two sides, predictable. Two points of view. One story beating its tired head against a wall.
I’d like to go back to a time of myriad conversations. Conversations that gathered like butterflies, life stories fluttering together around a muddy puddle, their fine and delicate wings flashing colours in the light. I’d like to go back to tales of adventure and tales of victory, and this person’s strange story about an unbelievable thing that happened to them, and that person’s story of falling in, or out, of love. I’d like to go back to the unknown, to a world in which we didn’t know, a world in which we were still discovering its boundaries and its edges, feeling our way along as small beings in space, knowing there was danger, knowing there was beauty, quivering with hesitation, pulled forward by desire. I want to go back to quiet times. When snow was falling on the land, and we’d already heard the news that day, and so snow was all we knew.

CONFOUNDS THE SCIENCE

LYRICS TO CONFOUNDS THE SCIENCE...........Sung to the tune of the S+G song.....Sounds of Silence........
Hello darkness my old friend. It’s time for him to tweet again, but first he’ll have to check in with fox news ‘cause that’s the only place he gets his clues. That’s how things get planted in his brain, where they remain, and it confounds the science.
The problem is he’s not alone. He tweets to people on his phone that global warming is a giant hoax perpetuated by the liberal folks, and he hires people that all think the same, that play his game and it confounds the science.
When he talks to crowds of four he sees ten thousand maybe more, believing they all think he’s god on earth and was the product of a virgin birth and if you disagree you’re the victim of fake news or feminist shrews and it confounds the science.
“Fools,” says he, “you do not know it makes me smart from so much dough. I know exactly where the problems are.” But his solutions are beyond bizarre ‘cause his words never quite a sentence make and thus he spake and it confounds the science.
No limits on pollution now. There’s not a thing we don’t allow. Dump the garbage in the waterway. Spray the toxins where your play. All the signs say that life on the planet is headed for a downward fall. Go to the mall, and continue to confound the science.

Looking back, it seems like I was 19 for years. I was on the lookout for wilderness adventure and money to finance it. That year I had a lucrative summer working on a Salmon Troller out of Prince Rupert. I didn't relish the bloody massacre, but all my pay went into my savings account and the scenery, adventure and camaraderie was exceptional. When the season was over, I was looking for another job with good pay and no living expenses . I found one in Stewart BC. The only way to get there was in a small pontoon plane. My job was to cook for the miners. I lived on site.
The first weekend I was there, a group of young miners insisted on taking me to the only bar in town......at the only hotel in town...In those days, all alcohol sales stopped at midnight. So the guys phoned a cab and we went to Hyder Alaska.....3 miles away. After a while, when I had seen the bear-traps on the wall and the pickled gold-panner's finger in a jar on prominent display, I went to the washroom. When I returned, the guys said they wanted to go.....they suddenly remembered they were getting up early to go fishing.....I got up to leave, but they insisted I finish off my beer....
I made it as far as the door before I collapsed.......I woke up in the cab on the way back to Stewart.........I had been "Hyderized".....Apparently a long-standing tradition. They put Everclear in my beer while I was in the washroom.....I didn't think it was as funny as they did, but I tried to be a good sport about it....
