You know, I know windmills very much. I have studied it better than anybody else. It’s very expensive. They are made in China and Germany mostly. —Very few made here, almost none, but they are manufactured, tremendous —if you are into this— tremendous fumes. Gases are spewing into the atmosphere. You know we have a world right?
So the world is tiny compared to the universe. So tremendous, tremendous of fumes and everything. You talk about the carbon footprint — fumes are spewing into the air. Right? Spewing. Whether it’s in China, Germany, it’s going into the air. It’s our air their air everything — right?
A windmill will many bald eagles. After a certain they make you turn the windmill off. That is true. —By the way they make you turn it off. And yet, if you killed one they put you in jail. That is OK.
You want to see a bird graveyard? You just go. Take a . A bird graveyard. Go a windmill someday, you’ll see more birds than you’ve ever seen in your life.

Sometimes I wonder if Mary breastfed Jesus. if she cried when he bit her or if she sobbed when he would not latch.
and sometimes I wonder if this is all too vulgar to ask in a church full of men without milk stains on their shirts or coconut oil on their breasts preaching from pulpits off limits to the Mother of God.
but then i think of feeding Jesus, birthing Jesus, the expulsion of blood and smell of sweat, the salt of a mother’s tears onto the soft head of the Salt of the Earth, feeling lonely and tired
annoyed overwhelmed loving
and i think, if the vulgarity of birth is not honestly preached by men who carry power but not burden, carry privilege but not labor, carry authority but not submission, then it should not be preached at all.
because the real scandal of the Birth of God lies in the cracked nipples of a 14 year old girl and not in the sermons of ministers who say women are too delicate to lead.

Paul Feyerabend, international philosopher of Science, is making a reappearance in thinking .....I first made his acquaintance in the late 60's ...and his concepts have intertwined with philosophy since then.
I just came across a quote of his that I had printed by hand on art-paper and posted in a show of art-work in the 90's......I can't even remember what paintings were in that show, but .......well, Feyerabend's words spoke anew and I included them in a I made for 's 45th birthday. I needed that injection of anarchism......how we can't move forward without it, getting stuck in our way......trudging along in habitual paths.....
"Ancestral memory as a physical phenomena that exists as an environmental component rather than as a discrete brain trace...... The possibility that our minds and memories are non-specific us as individuals but are part of a resonant fabric that informs our psychology and morphology."
