Let's say you were single and a younger person was genuinely interested in you. In this scenario, it would be that they really like you not to have a sugar daddy/mommy. Would you date them and how much younger a person would you be willing to date? Before I met my boyfriend, I had a 10 year rule. I dated men +/- 10 years from my age. I did bend the rules once (a woman has to be flexible lol) to date a guy 13 years younger. What about you?

My recent post was whether one would marry for companionship, with love not being part of the equation. The answer from everyone was a big NO. That got me thinking. What if someone was out there that could fulfill ALL your financial needs? Would your answer still be no? In my scenario, this person would have the means to make you rich beyond your wildest dreams. If you are working, you'd be able to retire and live a very comfortable life until the day you die. You would be able to travel wherever and whenever you wanted. Would you marry that person even if you don't love them?

Put up blog posts and then wait all day for them to show up. I wrote customer service but neither of today's blogs have shown up yet. By the time they do, they will be way down the list so they will go largely unnoticed. It is things like this that can turn people off to the site. It's such a shame because most of the people are nice and let's face it, it's only SFF that is to blame for this.

Women might not be happy with me for this post but it's true, women NEVER forget when they are upset at a guy for something they did. It's like men drop it from their memories after an incident occurs. Women don't. We remember every single detail. We might not be able to recall what we ate for dinner yesterday, but will be able to tell a man exactly when and what he did regarding something that hurt us or offended us. Ladies, is that not true?

THE ACADEMY AWARDS ARE ON TONIGHT

Tonight is the Academy Awards. I said that to a friend. His response was that he would rather have his teeth pulled than to watch it. . I think he was pulling my leg. Some love it and some hate it. Do you watch it? Have you ever? If you used to and don't any longer, why is that? I watch them every year. I like to know what movies do well and I enjoy seeing the celebrities hang out in one large room. I do feel that in Hollywood they do congratulate themselves too much but that's another matter.
I have also always wondered why it 's called the Oscars and other times the Academy Awards. I googled that and this is what I read: "According to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the origins of the name are uncertain, but "a popular story has been that an Academy librarian and eventual executive director, Margaret Herrick, thought it resembled her Uncle Oscar and said so; and that the Academy staff began referring to it as Oscar."

Love is great and to me, it is a requirement for marriage. That said, I get the feeling that some people would get married to someone because they don't want to be alone. What is your take on this?
I am sorry that I don't come here more often. I always mean to but then something gets in the way. I do miss all of you and I wish you all a great weekend!!!
