Well I am back and had a great time. This time I rode by myself and had time to reflect on life. I saw a lot of country and when in farm land , the smell of fresh cut hay, and the fertilizer. At every rest stop people just coming over and talking. It was very nice. I went threw mil., chicago, then down hwy 57 then into missouri, ark. then Tenn. The one thing i regret is not changing my factory seat before I left. I was looking for gas station at 80 miles instead of 105 miles. Got to see a lot of kind folks at reunion in ark. also a lot of trikes, that were way to cool. part 2 to come latter

I hope this doesn't offend.
There was this Indian that lived on a reservation. One day he went into the commissary to buy some toilet paper. The clerk said we have Charmin for$1.89 for four rolls, but the indian said to much, so the clerk said we have Northern for $1.29 for four rolls, still the indian said to much, Then The clerk said we have no-name for .69 for four roll. The Indian said I will take it. So two weeks went by and the Indian came back to the store and said I have name for no-name toilet paper, so the clerk asked what is the name, He said John Wayne toilet paper and the clerk said, "Why John Wayne and the Indian said, It is rough and tuft and don't take crap off Indians.

It is always a hard day on mothers day when you have lost yours. Mine was very special, she was always there for me and wanted the best for all of us. About five years before she died I went to the florist and bought her a dozen roses for mothers day and when I gave them to her she started to cry. I said mom what is wrong, she said nobody had ever gave her flowers. This made me feel very good. So all of you that have mother, love them and appreciate them, send flower while you can. love Leeroy

I had just made one of the trips from Wisconsin to Arkansas to see and grandkids, But this time I pulled my new fishing boat for I promised Jacob and Coty That I would take them fishing in it. It is so nice to see all and to take them fishing like my dad did for me. I arrived on friday evening and we planned on going fishing on Saturday morning. About 1:00 am Jacob came into my room and asked is it time yet followed by Coty two hours later. I awoke again to the smell of coffee and bacon, My was up and fixing breast fast and already had our lunch packed. We took off and headed for Bull Shoals lake and and put in at Howard's Creek. We were out about a hour when we say a bald eagle in a nest on one of the cliffs. we anchored and was fishing one of the hot spot that I knew when the eagle took off and dove down to the lake and caught a large mouth bass and took it to the nest. What a time to forget my camera in the truck. Until this day my grandkids want to go back to the place where the eagle caught the fish. It is great to take your and grandkids fishing, hunting and camping. Looking forward to doing it more with family

When I was very young my dad would take me and my older brother fishing. We ate fish quite a bit for times were ruff back then.Over half of what we ate was wild game dad killed or fish he caught. I remember one night going down to armstrong hole just below Cotter on the White river in Arkansas. We would build a fire and sometimes we brought hot dog(which were a treat). That one night Dad caught what we though were snakes and my brother took off up the hill with me close on his heals. Then we turned around to see if the snakes got Dad. But dad called come back the fish was a eel. That was the first time I every saw a eel and I new it was a snake. But we all learn. It was a scary night for me for I had dreams about it then , but now just a found memory.
