Something I read yesterday evening :-
1. Don't educate your to be rich. Educate them to be Happy. So when they grow up they will know the value of things not the price.
2. Best awarded words in London ... "Eat your food as your medicines. Otherwise you have to eat medicines as your food."
3. The One who loves you will never leave you because even if there are 100 reasons to give up he will find one reason to hold on.
4. There is a lot of difference between human being and being human. A Few understand it.
5. You are loved when you are born. You will be loved when you die. In between You have to manage...!
Nice line from Ratan Tata's Lecture -
If you want to Walk Fast, Walk Alone. But if you want to Walk Far, Walk Together.
- Take time to laugh, for it is the music of the soul.

In the year gone by, I have been to many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone.
I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.
I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, family and work.
I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore.
I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often.
I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm.
Sometimes, I'm in Capable, and I go there more often, as I'm getting older.
One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!
I have not been in Continent, and I don't remember what country it is in; It is an age thing. They tell me it is very wet and damp there.
PLEASE DO YOUR PART...
You might want to adopt this rule for your everyday behavior: "Life is short.
Smile, while you still have your teeth."

Have a wonderful 2014
happy, healthy and inspired with happiness and good health increasing with each passing year - here is a little message which I sent to my Rimpoche and he sent it right back with a picture of Buddha :-
Ø Stay Away From Anger……It Hurts….Only U.
Ø If U R Right, Then There Is No Need To Get Angry…..
Ø If U R Wrong, Then U Don’t Have Any Right To Get Angry….
Ø Patience With Family Is Love…
Ø Patience With Others is Respect…
Ø Patience With Self is Confidence And Patience with God Is Faith….
Ø Never Think Hard About The Past…….It Brings Tears…
Ø Don’t Think More About The FUTURE….. It Brings Fear….
Ø Live This Moment With A Smile…. It Will Bring Cheer…
Ø Every Test In Our Life Makes Us Bitter Or Better…
Ø Every Problem Comes To Make Us Or Break Us…The Choice is Ours Whether We Become Victims Or Victorious….
Ø Beautiful things R Not Always Good…. But Good Things Are Always Beautiful…..
HAVE A WONDERFUL 2014 !!

MADIBA - LETTER FROM A BROWN INDIAN TO A WHITE SOUTH AFRICAN

In a world torn asunder by prejudice, hatred, and bigotry, the passing of Nelson Mandela impoverishes the human race. You will recall the mood when we first visited SOWETO in 1996; the tentative steps a deeply divided society was taking in its journey of transformation to a Rainbow Nation. The fact this was made possible was in a large measure to the stature Madiba enjoyed among even the most bitterest victims of Apartheid. Who could claim to have been wronged more than Madiba who spent 27 years in prison? And if he was prepared to forgive, who could dare to speak against Reconciliation? The word Prison barely conveys the horrors of Robben Island; cells for humans two mtrs by two mtrs, kennels for guard dogs three mtrs by three mtrs. It was with a great effort that one was able to keep one's feelings in check on seeing this atrocity. It amazes me no end that Nelson Mandela moved beyond personal hurt and made his nation follow his example. And the gesture of appearing in a Rugby Game wearing the Springbok jersey was truly magnanimous. The saying ,"To err is human,to forgive divine"would place Madiba way above the failings of most mortals. And yet he always admitted to his own human failings, displayed true humility and never lost the common touch. His death diminishes us all. The test for Africa will be to live upto his example now that their conscience keeper is gone. For their own sake they cannot fail. Madiba RIP.
