HELLO FRIENDS,
No, I was not a partisipant,, just a spectator with a tray of orange segments for the runners who ran past my flat,, just got to admire the courage and guts of folk who participate in this gruelling run,, I was told the oldest person is 102 years,I doubt I will be climbing when I reach that age, lol,, I was informed there are about 35 thousand runners, unfortunately I dont have 35000 segments of orange, my Jack was proudly wearing his NY coat and bandana,looked very smart, lolol

hi friends,,,have been following the progress of a family of "Great Crested Grebes" which have nested on the water behind my flat, they nest earlier each season,, this year they started in January and now have three youngsters in prime condition,, this specie was desimated in Victorian times, their plumes greatly in demand by the fashion industry,,, this family will nest at least three more times this year,, I have fortified their nest which was in danger of disintrigating due to wash by passing vessels,in the last four years they have produced fourteen chicks,,, this family is very tame due to the closeness of office workers who visit them during lunch breaks......will give further info on their progress.

stuck in a copper tube

Last evening was cutting copper piping in to 12 foot sections I tried to clean the end of the tube with my finger and sandpaper, unfortunately my finger got well and truly stuck in the pipe,,, I had to get to emergency as my finger was swelling but the hospital was three miles away and I could not drive, it was so embarrassing walking through the streets trailing my pipe with my Jack following behind, the medics were laughing about it,, wished I could have shared their humour,

As requested, I revisited my friend for an explanation of her previous reading,, she re-read my palm and there was no variation from her first reading,, this time she explained me what she had foretold,, she said she saw three figures slowly disappearing into a mist or fog,, I am at a loss as to who the other two figures could possibly be, presuming I was one of them , I think there was more but she did not elaborate, I did ask did she see the figures emerging from the mist, she answered no,, she advised me to follow the path I have chosen,, I have no alternative but to do just that.
