So, there is only the i.agination to limit my collection of rusty stuff.
This is the start of the front porch rails. Rusty old salvaged railing pieces and coal blasted cultivater discs sure do pop with a little TLC.

Exams, tours, meeting folks, learning the building, paperwork, and threaded pretty present in the picture. I work 3 twelve hour shifts a week with option to work 4. The facility is very much loved in my area and the employees enjoy their jobs. Once I adjust, I'll pop in the Lobby and catch up. Hope everyone is doing great!

So yesterday I walked the garden with nothing to show, but some shy little violets. Tonight, Trilliums, Forget me Not, and Primroses. Oh, Rhubarb for Gams, if Sox shares  . I threw some scrap in the burn pit as well.

I can't ever begin to think how many jars of traditional Watermelon Pickles I have made. So last night I made Cosmopolitan Watermelon Pickles. Turns out, they are quite tasty!

My grand babies visit the aquarium in Chicago. I remember swimming with the sharks and rays in Biloxi (Gulfport). I felt like the rays were very .uch trying to make friends. I hope the are feeling the same wonders!

So this dish is all herbs and veggies. Cooked slowly, allowing flavors to mingel and dance. The recipe I made says it is 56 calories a serving! Low carb to! No wonder French ladies are so gorgeous. Having a bad day? Prone to stress eating? Pour a glass of wine, assemble and prepare, and by all means pig out! You will feel great

So with warmer weather come fiddleheads. These are the first signs of the Osterich fern, which are everywhere in my yard. Sautéed with garlic and mushrooms, one bite and you totally get the phenomenal expense on the market. Luckily for about a week each spring, they are free for the picking.
