Is it Infatuation?

Have you ever been mesmerized by a man standing next to you in line? Is it merely infatuation or love at first sight? If it is infatuation, then are we not just being attracted to the person because he possesses the negative traits that we deny in ourselves through suppression by our upbringing?

That is really what infatuation is all about - an attraction to the traits that society denies our gender. When I think about it deeply (and it hurts my head, lol) infatuation is really our unconscious image of the person our childhood programmed us to fall in love or become infatuated with.
