*~*~* Reflections upon some moments in time - somewhere *~*~*

Yesterday I listened to some music from the time when I was young. One of the songs was "It Was A Very Good Year" by Frank Sinatra. It made me look at the many years of my life that are now history, seeking the one I would call a very good year. When I was in my late teens all years qualify to be called very good. I found a photo taken in the summer when I was 16 or 17.

The song by Sinatra:

The last photo was taken in 1996 walking along the beach of Ocean City, NJ.
It was a very good year!

MY FAVORITE YEAR WOULD BE 1975 MY DAUGHTER WAS BORN. MY FIRST CHILD

THAT CHRISTMAS ONE I CAN N EVR FOR GET. SHE WAS 6 MONTHS OLD CHRISTMAS OF 1975

THE DAYS WILL END ... TIME WILL BE ETERNAL

Probably 1979-1984 was great years. Marriage, kids, a house and great family times

Thanks for sharing the photos. I am sure you were the prettiest late teenage one among those growing up along with you in the town or village where you lived. Take care. Stay safe.

CERTAINLY NO GOOD YEARS DURING MY TEENS. WHEN I WAS IN CALIFORNIA THOSE WERE GOOD YEARS ONLY I DIDN'T REALIZE IT THEN.

They are lovely photos to have. Im not sure about my good years but I think it was when I was in my late teens, early twenties and music and singing were the most important part of my life. Also my first job, picnics with my parents and sisters and singing in the choir.
