A strong Immune System helps to fight diseases and is even necessary when vaccines are used. A sterile environment makes people more vulnerable. Again, vaccines are not the topic here! By the way, since that C hype, I was happy when people hugged me, and I did not ask whether they were vaccinated or not.

Welcome to my blog, dusty. Did I say anything against antibiotics? I got them when I had double pneumonia when I was a baby! But antibiotics are not given without a reason, not given when you are healthy. I feel good that I don't have to take any prescription drugs - blood pressure is normal, cholesterin normal, no signs of diabetes, have good sleep without a drug, no digestive problems, no arthritis, no joint pain........ The vaccines are another subject!

Feeling great reading that your BP and Cholesterin are normal. I wish I could say as you do. I can only say that I am not a diabetic! May God keep you disease-free, Karin. Stay safe and cheerful always.
