Your comment about the aroma brought to mind a memory of my childhood. I woke up every morning to the smell of my mother's coffee and her cigarette. I love the smell of brewed coffee, but not the taste. I drink instant..... yes, I know the "true" coffee drinkers say it isn't "real" coffee. LOL. I usually start my morning drinking a mug of it with collagen powder. I do not like cream or sugar in my coffee. During the rest of the day, I will drink at least one more cup, and perhaps a cup of Friendship Tea. My daughter gave me a recipe, and I adapted it to my tastes. I also enjoy what I call "Tiger Tea". I think it is actually called Bengal Tea, but it has a picture of a tiger on the box, and I enjoy the spices in it. That's in addition to all the glasses of plain water, sparkling flavored waters and diet soda that I drink. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I love love love the taste of coffee in the morning. I walk into the kitchen and turn on the pots. Full power for me and Alfie now has to drink decaf. I usually have 2 cups and rarely drink it later in the day. Keeps me awake

Yeah I like my coffee too...black. Will never grasp why people ruin the drink with cream and sugar.

Years ago I bought a Costco size box of 'Green Tea' bags. Turned out the tea gave me unbearable headaches for some reason

I don't find pleasure in drinking tea, I drink some tea only when I am stomach upset. And I'm not a coffee drinker either, I just like the smell of brewed coffee. Maybe it's a matter of culture?   Trust in dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.(Khalil Gibran)

I am not a heavy coffee drinker so I've have a jar of instant. I like starting my mornings and ending my evenings with bone broth. I do tea in the afternoon. Abracadabra
