I remember my aunt visiting me at home after I had just had a major surgery. She arrived during a thunder storm and was soaked down to her tennis shoes. We put her clothes and tennis shoes in the dryer then sat down for a chat. Well, the clunk clunk clunk of the tennis shoes in the dryer sounded like someone walking on the roof and we both started giggling. Soon the giggling turned to belly laughs. Needless to say I had to make her take the tennis shoes out of the dryer because I was in an awful lot of pain from all the laughing.

I don't ever remember laughing after surgery, but I have laughed so hard that my sides hurt...................... oh, and we won't mention wetting my pants.

Spring is here, it's beautiful outside. But let's sit on the computer and insult each other!

Mrs Joe, even when I was young I found myself laughing so hard I couldn't hold my water. And, side spitting laughter is the best kind.

I sometime wonder, do men have a tinkle problem when the laugh so hard.

There is a commercial on tv and Alfie is watching so off to ask him...……….

I just asked him and he said no or at least he doesn't.

Maybe it is because we birthed those babies and the "down there" gets weak.

Right now I blame it on the age thing. Used to be I could hold my water for hours. That isn't the case anymore. To get the giggles would be disastrous for me.

LOLOLOL..............Great, Giggly blog!!!

btw gals.... I discovered that a pelvic floor physiotherapist is an awesome gal. There's no need for a great deal of the stress incontinence that many of us experience. It's NOT necessarily natural with aging!!!
