What a tranquil morning you're having!! Cardinals are so bright, aren't they! Unfortunately they don't come as far north as where I am in western Ontario~~ Sighhhh. Enjoy your day!!!

We both love seeing the cardinals. We often get them in our backyard.

I've been thinking about this. I love the sounds of sights of early morning, but I hardly ever experience them. I am more of an evening/night person. Perhaps that comes from decades of working the evening or night shifts? I do remember the wonderful feeling of coming out of the workplace into the morning sights, sounds, and smells. Maybe I will try to awaken early and go out and enjoy it on the patio? or maybe not. LOL Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I'm glad I am not the only one that needs a strong cup of coffee in the morning to get the motors running, Nice story. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers and grandmothers out there!
