What a lovely picture your words painted! Hope you have a wonderful day.

Spring is here, it's beautiful outside. But let's sit on the computer and insult each other!

What a tranquil morning you're having!!

Cardinals are so bright, aren't they! Unfortunately they don't come as far north as where I am in western Ontario~~ Sighhhh.

Enjoy your day!!!

Ah the sounds and sights one can witness of this daily ritual we call life! For the birds and other backyard animals springtime announces a new yearly cycle of deeply instilled responsibilities to be undertaken.

Mated bird couples to fortify bonds while the newest of their generations all instinctively seek intended mates in order to carry out preprogrammed missions. New Nest building or patching up by rebuilding to safely house the miracle of regenerating birth thus the continued survival of the species!.

Your mate seeking young cardinal carefully choosing his desired perch of display to show off his proud wares in laying temporary claim at the focal point watering hole!

Your eye contact breaking his brief spell of qualifying fitness but not to worry as he will be back as many times as needed to find and land the other half that will constitute his intended life goal becoming 100% accomplished.

The warmth that comforts and triggers growth and expansion throughout this canopied blanket of craving life that faces our sun.

That wake up cup of accustomed coffee that has flourished as a needed tool to shake off those daily sleepy head cobwebs.

A three windowed viewing room in which to reach out to nature and behold.

You generate warmth Patti and thank you for such a enjoyable blog.

To remember your childhood by linked comparisons is so very special. The celebration of life both present and in the past signifies that part of your childhood still actively lives deep within you.

I somehow suspect that a small part of your morning coffee remained un-sipped due to its losing its warmth because of those many put on stage distractions that Mother Nature intended to be shared through your keen appreciating eyes!

We both love seeing the cardinals. We often get them in our backyard.

I've been thinking about this. I love the sounds of sights of early morning, but I hardly ever experience them. I am more of an evening/night person.
Perhaps that comes from decades of working the evening or night shifts? I do remember the wonderful feeling of coming out of the workplace into the morning sights, sounds, and smells.
Maybe I will try to awaken early and go out and enjoy it on the patio? or maybe not. LOL

I'm glad I am not the only one that needs a strong cup of coffee in the morning to get the motors running, Nice story.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers and grandmothers out there!
