RELIVING YOUR LIFE OVER TIME THROUGH SIMPLE RHYME. LIFE IS BUT A JOURNEY Life is but a mere Journey Existing with beginning and end Governed by it's selective numerous choices Always phrased or thus unwelcomed amends It's learnings can only be truly guaged By the quality of subject matter taught Always being viewed as real good or sadly bad Either bringing gladness or unwanted distraught Life is simply our mindsets Set to make us always react Based upon our past lessons Either falsehoods or true facts Thus becoming an unknown adventure Taken along only your one scripted path It's future never quite arriving yet With only memories to serve your past The present being far to breakneck Most certainly going a trifle too fast For time is an unwelcomed constant Never ceasing to make life erode away Mounting now by the decades Collected from each passing day This gift was never intended To be traveled while alone Thus given to be unselfishly shared In the true essence of this poem! by Dan M. 03561
