Block is aligned and loyal to Hiram. Blocks son the policeman ( which explains the jail employment story ) shadow researches cut & pastes for him and writes some of Blocks blog content . That is why Block has little knowledge of subject. Sadly his blogs have evolved into a second hand rooskie bot site in support of trump. Block is surely Hirams daddy. This also explains all of the weapons knowledge & training. LOL Party On!
