I'm sure other legal scholars will dispute the writings of Jennifer Taub. BTW Carolina, after our polite exchange on a previous blog entry of yours, and given my recent stated commitment to remain civil in the blogs, it occurs to me that the fact I didn't respond further that time might be taken by some as tho I'd read something hostile in your last comment to me, and that is definitely NOT the case. Both of us conducted ourselves civilly even though we disagree on Trump. At the time, I felt the conversation had gone as far as it could, and I now wish I'd thanked you for your civility there.
