ENOUGH......

I often wonder about this.....millionaires and billionaires who continue to amass money beyond all reason.....Like the actors who earn millions every year from royalties......they are set for life, as are their children and grandchildren, yet they continue to work and parade the red carpet......Surely they can find other ways to enjoy life ........Maybe they are addicted to celebrity.......

I do know that I can never comprehend their lifestyles and I'm glad that I don't envy them. Also, I could never understand some people's fascination with those rich and "famous" people and their lives. I'm sure you have read that little short story about "I wish you enough". It says a lot. I'm content and grateful for all that I have and willing to share what I can with others. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I've often wondered the same things, and also about politicians. It has to be something more than just the money.... some force that drives them and yet they never seem satisfied and content with what they have. I do know that I can never comprehend their lifestyles and I'm glad that I don't envy them. Also, I could never understand some people's fascination with those rich and "famous" people and their lives. I'm sure you have read that little short story about "I wish you enough". It says a lot. I'm content and grateful for all that I have and willing to share what I can with others.

THE PROBLEM WITH THOSE PEOPLE WHO GO ON AND ON MAKING MILLIONS AND BILLIONS AND CANNOT REST IS THAT THEY VERY OFTEN EQUATE MONEY WITH POWER. THE MORE MONEY THE MORE POWER. IT IS AWFUL CONSIDERING THE HUGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD WHO HAVE NOTHING LIKE ENOUGH TO SUBSIST.

I have great admiration for those in small & big businesses. It is not for the faint of heart. I also wonder when 'enough' money is 'enough'.
