Sparkle like your subject on feet. At this age I find my feet aren't as flattering as when I was younger. You have presented it well.

Hammer toes with colorful grounding. Feet must have done a lot of dancing.

Those are the feet of a 9 year old gymnast.....She doesn't have "hammer toes" she is standing on the edge of a concrete wall. The front half of her feet are over the edge and grasping the wall for balance..... Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Obviously shows that feet can be used for much more than just walking.

A couple of years ago some friends sent me a copy of a video they made on their vacation in the Caribbean........It was mostly kind of boring, but there was about 5 minutes of these young boys climbing palm trees to pick coconuts. I watched it over and over.....they were barefoot, only wearing shorts.....6-10 years old.....they were really fast, so I had to watch it several times to catch their moves, but their little feet wrapped around the trunks and grasped it, like a monkey's foot....just wrapped right around like a hand......My friend that took the video is an athlete and he was so amazed that he kept buying coconuts so he could watch them.......He was told that as soon as they were 12 or so, they lost the ability to grasp with their feet. My grandmother was aghast at the idea! But he was right, it strengthened the muscles and bones in his feet and his feet were agile and tough. None of my babies ever wore those hard soled shoes and barefoot was their preferred status. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

That is interesting, and amazing! Their agility and use of their feet reinforce what my doctor had told me with my first son. He told me that when he started walking to let him do it barefoot and not to put him in those hard soled shoes that was the trend back then. My grandmother was aghast at the idea! But he was right, it strengthened the muscles and bones in his feet and his feet were agile and tough. None of my babies ever wore those hard soled shoes and barefoot was their preferred status.
