The richest country in the world and the only one that doesn't provide health care for everyone.

That's not completely true....
In America... Health care, for those that can't afford it, is based on CHARITY.

America.. still has the best healthcare professionals, services, and facilities . and healthcare is 'free'.. that is if you want to "Pay the Piper"
For those that can't afforded it.. have to pay for it.. in a "different way"...
And for some that can.. they find a way to get it free anyway.

Where America is totally wrong about healthcare....is not in its application..
In America, and what has become the American way... in both healthcare and any kind of other CHARITY... It's lost it's idea of a "helping hand"....and become another form of capitalistic, obsession, regression, suppression, and abuses.....
An enabling.. non-entitlement.....un-entitled......entitlement.

My sister and husband live in AZ and they are so surprised that we as Canadians do not pay a premium for our healthcare. They are seniors and still have to pay a high premium for their healthcare. The most I have ever had to pay was $75 per month and then it was reduced to $37.50 and now we don't pay any premium. I am sure with the new president being inaugurated tomorrow they will either continue with the present plan or they will be instituting a new plan. It will be interesting to see how things unfold with the new president.

Yes I do have an idea.....You seem completely unaware that it's possible to learn.....Besides having many friends and acquaintances in the US, there is lots of information available on US Healthcare.......

What do you mean by your "America still has the best health-care professionals, service and facilities."......What is that claim based on?.....US statistics don't bear that out. For instance, the US has a relatively low rate of infant survival and high rate of birth-mother deaths.....also a lower life expectancy...... Just off the top of my head.....

If you understand why I said it.. the way i said it.. you'd understand what i mean.
I didn't say that America has the best healthcare system.
Your prejudiced is shown in that you don't understand America has the best healthcare services. even if it's not the best application of those services
It is the best... if you can afford to pay for it.
Your not very bright.. if you can't understand that..

i am now refusing to explain the obvious.. if you choose to not understand what I mean.. and try to change what i mean.

I have read that approx. 29 % of every dollar spent annually on healthcare in the U. S. goes to insurance corporation profit rather than to the actual medical care itself.

A single pay system can be set up at a more feasible expense and allow more of the dollars spent to go to the actual providers rather than the leeching insurance corporations. Better care for those who get sick -----less cost-----less worry if insurance will pay.---no hodge podge of insurance huckster bullshit enrollment each each year by the worthless lying shysters. LOL
Party On!

How did you come up with this idea that American health-care services are the "best"?......There are many categories of health care and I doubt very much that all US health-care services are the best.....are you saying that all American health-care services are the bet in the world?......Isn't the very definition of "service", application?

That's like saying your restaurant has the best service but the food doesn't get to the customers.

One of my doctors is from the US....She left because she believes everyone should have access to the same level of health-care. When she was an intern she worked in ER.......She was very frustrated at the many situations of undiagnosed and underdiagnosed conditions that caused people to sink further and further into poverty and despair. They didn't use the expensive machinery for them.....the scans and x-rays etc....only their immediate symptoms were treated and then sent home.....She said it was like working in a factory...College students who had to leave college because of hospital bills......young families who lost their homes because of a difficult birth.....And Americans pay more per capita for health care than other countries, .But hey, the service is the best, but I'm not bright enough to understand that.......

That's is an obvious statement.. It's an affront to me.. But that's what you do.. try and make the not so obvious, obvious. For your own agenda.

First I am talking about 'services" and not service.

Metaphorically speaking about restaurants.. America has the best cooks, the best kitchens and the best food.. says nothing about how that is "served".

So don't bother to try and continue this... America has the BEST services.. but not the best service. unless of course you are wealthy.. Then you get it all....
That's America.. that's what America is all about. That's the reason it's a problem.. The wealthy fear they will have to give up the Best services and the BEST service..If everybody gets it. Even so..They won't get to PAY less for it.... In fact, in their minds they will ultimately have to pay MORE, to pay for everybody else.

I am now refusing to explain the obvious.. if you choose to not understand what I mean.. and try to change what i mean. Then go find someone else to listen to you..
Of Course you don't get it.. I have had enough of "Trump" to last me a lifetime.
Change the meaning..ignore the facts, create your own facts...that's HOW they did it. So yes.. you're not very bright, and totally depend on other people, not being very bright.

You have always gotten me wrong.. I don't want to think for you.. I want YOU to think for your fricken self.

According to the NCBI..(National Center for Biotechnology Information)..... "One explanation for the health disadvantage of the United States relative to other high-income countries might be deficiencies in health services.(emphasis mine)
