What substance was used 2 make the oddly uniform and sculpted mass top of Pence's head?
dissolved toilet paper mixed with white glue.
felted sheep wool.
paper-mache made from dissolved paper and wheat flour
seagull poo
belly-button lint
cat puke
I'm out.....suggestions?

 That was so hilarious. It was certainly a better debate tonight than the presidential one. I thought that Kamala Harris did very well. Mike Pence is pretty much the same as Donald Trump in his thoughts.

 Sparkle oddly Pence's hair is always perfect looking. At least he doesn't have to wind the hair around his head like Trump does. They are two peas in a pod.
