The twins still come around together, but I couldn't get them both in the same photo......They are starting to look sleek and leggy.....like my almost 12 year old grand daughter and her best friend ...all legs and eyes....

Thank you for the poem.....it does a good job of illustrating how I feel.......An old lady who loves the fawns beyond reason.....with the urge to touch their sweet innocence and the knowledge that making them pets will endanger their lives. Their mother was killed by a car when they were still nursing,....we weren't sure they would survive........But it looks like they are doing fine....

I did phone Wildlife Rescue and they recommended that they just be left to their own devices.....they seem to be thriving.....
