ADVENTURES OF A GRAMMAR NERD My life is a constant battle between wanting to correct grammar and wanting to have friends....... The past, the present, and the future walked into a bar. It was tense. The power of punctuation... "Let's eat Grandma! " "Let's eat, Grandma!" "Your dinner" "You're dinner" One leaves you nourished and the other leaves you dead. Correct grammar saves lives. Autocorrect has become my worst enema.

Good ones, I chuckled. And the power of punctuation is indeed, well.... powerful ! Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I avoid cliches like the plague. "A woman without her man, is nothing" "A woman:without her, man is nothing."

What irks me is the use of phenomena and criteria in the singular.

|
What really irks me is those in-your-face memes that are intended as wisdom, or sage advice and have some awful grammar mistake......
