At least you have colorful leaves. The type of trees in our yard have leaves that simply turn brown and blow away. The timbers and trees in town were beautiful though and I really enjoyed them, until Monday when a blanket of snow and blowing winds pretty well wiped out all the color.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Speaking of the smells of Autumn, I'm cooking up the first Venison of the season.......We made Italian sausage.....I baked it in a Winter squash from the garden.....Smells divine.....
