I'm not sure how you read it
But if you read they way I do.. you would understand everything I say to you about GOD

May this will help...

You can't destroy something that doesn't exist.

Maybe I would understand what you say about God if you didn't wrap it in layers of macrame......

Okay here we go again..

So you dismiss God as other people see Him.. because they objectify Him.. without the evidence to back it up.
The way i read the statement above is that God is nature..The destruction of nature is the destruction of God..

I believe that to be true. But do YOU?

God as God relates to MAN.. is objectified. In a perverse way
God as it relates to nature is NOT ?

God can only be subjectified..

So do you believe that God is nature?
Do you think that Man's God can destroy nature's God... If God doesn't exist?
Can God exist and NOT exist at the same time?
If you understand the subjectivity of God...the answer is YES.
God can do whatever he damn well pleases.

Don't get me wrong...I AM NOT disagreeing with YOU.. I"m man-splaining to YOU. At least that's the way my EX.. thinks I'm EX-plaining.

Well.. it's my opinion that its all one big macrame to unravel. But when you try to unravel it.. you're losing the picture.
I suggest you just accept it, for what it Could Be.. and Not what it isn't..

The problem is, that religion invents God.......

He's not saying that "God is Nature"......That phrase is loaded with assumptions......For one, it is yet again, tediously, assuming there is a God......Go sit yourself in a beautiful place where Nature is intact and open your being to it.....

Gratitude is a good place to start. My whole life I have encountered the assumption from God believers that I can't experience gratitude without a subject to be grateful to.......Perhaps the word "gratitude" need to be left out of the experience.......There is joy .....English is rather limited in words that describe states of consciousness.....feelings....There is a word in Norwegian that I use a lot...it's "lyst"......Because it describes my favourite feelings in my childhood and came up as part of songs and references and words of my favourite activities......Of all that I surrendered in losing my Mother tongue, this is the most missed.
When I was in high-school, I was assigned an essay on an ancient English book....I was intrigued by the many words in old English that were close to Norwegian words and started digging. I did a lot of research and found that the two languages had many of the same roots.

The word "lyst" in Norwegian and "lust" in English originally meant pleasure, delight, liking.... the anticipation as well as the the fulfillment of one's desires.......Perhaps the fact that Christianity reached England many centuries before Norway, can account for the word "lust" becoming associated with "sin"in English, while in Norway, it retained it's original meaning.

In Norwegian, it's also used as a prefix or suffix....a picnic is "lystemat" meaning lust-food......the pleasure of friendship is "vennelyst"......a yacht is "lystebåt",and the very popular Norwegian vacation cottage is "lystehus".........and so on......

Research the history of the English word "LUST" and it will help you understand the difference between God and Nature.(as I see it)......
