TRUMP'S UNHOLY ALLIANCE When was it Trump launched his re election campaign in Orlando?.......middle of June?........I remember him saying.....something about promising to end the "unholy alliance" between lobbyists, special interests and the government...........I remembered it because of his appointment of Mark Esper as Secretary of Defence........a man who was a lobbyist for Ratheon, the biggest defence contractor on Earth......less than 2 years ago............ Then there is Andrew Wheeler, EPA administrator......he was a lobbyist for coal companies...... David Bernhardt, Interior Secretary, lobbyist for oil companies...... Alex Azar, Health and Human Services head lobbied for the Pharmaceutical industry ....... |

I thought about Bernhardt when I saw Trump bragging about getting drilling rights for oil companies in the ANWR........Alaska's fragile and hard-won protected wilderness.......he called it a great accomplishment........ Is it just me or do others see a pattern developing here?...........Looks to me like Trump is selling off America to the highest bidder......soon it will be the United Corporations of America......if it isn't already........has a nice ring to it.....the UCA.... When the stars get replaced by corporate logos, Trump won't just hug the flag, it'll probably be full-blown copulation.........Corporate Copulation Nation.........

There is a really dark vein of corruption in Trump. There are so many unfilled jobs at several agencies and I've read where its very difficult to find people who want to work for Trump. That is certainly understandable. But you are right about a pattern here. I didn't even think Mattis should have been given a wavier in the first place. There are so many problems with Trump all you can do is pile it up on top of the rest at this point.
