MY HOW HE'S GROWN

Just took these out the window of my studio.......a car pulled up in the driveway and he disappeared.......He hasn't eaten any plants on the deck yet, but it wouldn't surprise me...........Some of them are bold and come right up on people's decks, but usually only happens if they hand-feed them sweet treats like apples and carrots. One Summer I started putting my cat's food out on the deck and ended up with a whole family of Raccoons......

We have deer around us but not often in the back yard. One morning I was going down to get the paper at the bottom of the yard and a deer ran along the tree line at the edge of our yard. I was sooo surprised. Our neighbors do have them in their yard occasionally. It is always a treat to see them when we are out riding in the country.

Our back yard at the edge of town backs up to wilderness in back.
Everyday we see deer over the fence & sometimes in the back yard.
Some have babies now--but they keep them hidden.
Yesterday a fox & a rabbit & always 3 squirrels.
This huge tabby cat goes after the squirrels & climbs the trees .
I didn't know a cat could climb 25 ft. up a tree. This one does it every day.

Prettiest bird I have ever seen two days back. Painted Bunting--red blue with white splotch of feathers in center of back.

WE sit a the dining table & marvel at nature----bang on the window often to scare the white wing doves away --they are pigs & eat up all the bird food & corn--sometimes as many as 20.

Sometimes as many as 9 deer-----if a buck tries to join them they chase him away---it is terrible. LOL

Maybe they're looking for water.......a bowl of water with rocks or marbles for them to stand on while drinking is helpful......

Sparkle when I see your deer my (cow raising) instinct overwhelms me. LOL
I want to rope him and force a worming bolus or two down his throat. LOL
No male animal is supposed to have a pot belly like that.
One or two doses of wormer would clear that up. ---make him look trim, agile, & stream lined again. LOL

No No ---I am talking animals ---NOT GUYS . LOL
Party On!

Hiram that IS CONTRARY to my perception of you.
I was thinking you would give 4 squirrels a hundred rounds each with one of your AK 47 s . And shoot down every tree in the vicinity in the proccess. LOL

Come to Texas--We will sit out back & feed the wildlife. LOL
Party On!

Thanks for correcting out back---backed up too---in back.
I rearrange sentences & mess things up sometimes. (often)
Surprising that Bob the corrector has not called me out over it. LOL
I know better but just chalk it up to speaking & typing Texanese.LOL
Often I look at it & think----why in this world did I type THAT. LOL
Party On!
