TERROR IN TEXAS |

.......

Does not matter if he is Christian or a Muslim, a Black or a White! He is Just a killer--A Terrorist! USA--Now a Killing Field like middle East and Myanmar.

No, we don't have to choose, we can multi-task.The terrible tragic irony is that these people were killed as they prayed and then the public responds by offering more prayers.........After every shooting, we are told the time after the shooting is for grieving and praying, not for action......but the killing is ongoing and so is the grief.....Agency can only exist in the present.

It's so frustrating to see this repeat again and again with the same response from the public, as if praying must stand in the way of action.....How does talking to God stand in the way of thinking?Does praying take so much focus for so much of the day that there is no attention left for action?.....I'm not buying it......Prayer is reciprocal in my experience.....Prayer sets up a reciprocal current of energy that is energising and creative......I don't buy this idea that prayer obscures focus.It sounds like a junkie's excuse.......It sounds like an excuse for not admitting to having a gun addiction.

I see it here I see it everywhere the impropriety brought out by a society No matter the name It's all the same Justification from the "BLAME GAME".

To call the horror, grief and fear of your fellow countrymen who no longer feel safe when they gather, "discontent" ........and to blame that on those who call for a solution ,spreading hate.......That's a Mental Health Issue in itself. It's called "DENIAL"..........You really are a 50's man Bigblock.......Denial was big back then, but nowadays, we know that pretending that there isn't a huge problem, is a huge problem.
| ||
|
So, let's concede that it's a Mental Health problem......Now what?.....Going by that premise, what can be done to ameliorate the situation. It seems to me that those who insist it's not a gun problem are content with just saying the words "Mental Health" as a way to dismiss working on solutions. Why does the US have this out-of-proportion Mental Health problem?.....What exactly is the problem? How do Mental Health professionals diagnose the phenomena?.........Most people with Mental Health issues are passive, fearful people. A disproportionate number of killers have been accused of domestic abuse in the past.......how can that be incorporated? The killer had the murder weapon on his Fbook profile........Doesn't the country have an obligation to find out what, how, why......all the implications of this specific Mental Illness that causes people to become mass murderers.......And what factors in American life predisposes citizens to these horrific actions. Knowledge is the only way to solve the problem.....cause at this point we all know that prayer alone is not the answer.........

What his name was does not matter, nor does where he lived, what church he attended, what colour his skin was. All that matters is that he killed 25 innocent human beings who were in a church praying... and you don't even care enough to do something about it. These people did not deserve to die...they were failed by those Americans who hate gun control policy. The responsibility for those deaths lies with them.
| ||
|
So, you believe in allowing the deaths of hundreds of your countrymen? You are as responsible for the deaths of those poor souls as the piece of crap who shot them.

Well said Skariff!

Only an American would proffer "Atheism" as a belief-system. Or maybe someone in a majority Muslim country. Lacking belief in a God is the only thing Atheists have in common with each other......Trying to place me in the same category as this psycho killer only demonstrates your own lack of comprehension and nuance. Do you have any suggestions of what real changes can be made to ameliorate this horrific pattern?......
| ||
|
So you would be in favour of stricter vetting of gun owners? More comprehensive enforcement for gun owners and meme-makers?
| ||
|
I sympathise.....being stuck in the untenable position of having sworn your loyalty to a monster. Your pride will be your undoing. It's not too late to renounce him.........I also understand that you need to project your feelings of self-revulsion outward and that you choose me again as a convenient target........
| ||
|
That's right, Mr. ED......The ultimate responsibility lies with the person pulling the trigger........nothing to do with the gun......
| ||
|
So you're saying that the people who say stuff you don't like are abusing the first amendment?.....
| ||
|
Sure.......You never abuse or ridicule those who don't subscribe to your position........that's always someone else.......after a while your hot air has no distinguishing aspect.....just one long hisssssss....
