I live just a few miles from my home town, and I have no desire to "go home again", although I have driven through the little town a few times. Glad you and Lynn had a good weekend. Tell me, did all your friends look old? rofl. Many businesses die when the founders do. One of our wholesale houses did. Even though their kids had worked there as they grew up, none of them were interested in continuing in the business, so it closed. Another one, our favorite, continued very well under the ownership of the two kids. Their dad is still living and makes an appearance at times, but the brother and sister who have worked in it since their teenage years run it. Many of the employees have been with them all those years too. Now, one of their sons works there and I believe he is being groomed to take over some day. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I went to my ten-year class reunion decades ago. I was not Ms. Popularity so it was fun going to the reunion in a very sexy dress with a gorgeous man at my side. I was an exotic dancer at the time and my body was in tip-top shape. Those were the days, I could eat anything that I wanted without worrying about weight gain. I don't expect to travel across the United States to attend Reunion Number #50. Abracadabra
