A very interesting thought, indeed. And a valid point. Surely by now, you realize that many politicians spend their time campaigning to get re-elected or planning their campaign. It seems that for some, their only job is getting re-elected. That's why I believe there should be term limits in Congress. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Imagine what the field (and our Country) would look like if voting AND holding National office required honorable military service. Dem Party would be GONE.

Your proposal....... "I propose in order seek the office of President those who currently hold elected offices have quit in order seek the other. If they don't get the one they are now seeking they have start over. It would be interesting see just how many would actually ask the people trust them once again or if the people would. hunch tells no congress person would have the audacity propose such legislation." The 22nd amendment restricts the president to 2 terms....it doesn't promise 2 terms.......

Herself is too busy reading up on Alinsky to educate herself about the Constitution. Her motto from Alinsky's writings Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom — Lucifer. Perhaps she might also read the writings of Anton Szandor LaVey She would fit right in with his group of cultists.
