According to the Liberals

According to both the Media and the Liberals today. The Only Good Republican has a Pulse of Zero.

The death of President George H. W. Bush provided liberals and their Fredocon houseboys yet another opportunity to lament the fact that all Republicans aren’t dead. Their feigned amnesia about what libs were saying while Bush 41 was still in the arena, and their latest hack attempt to tsk tsk tsk tsk about how the Bad Orange Man isn’t like [Insert Name of Dead Republican Here] serves to justify the cynicism that we Normals should strive to cultivate.

They did it with John McCain too, through his funeral and its endless sequels. “If only the Republican Party were dominated by a Republican like [Insert Name of Dead Republican Here] instead of that awful, awful Trump!” they sobbed as they shed their crock-adile tears, because it was a crock. There’s never going to be a Republican with a pulse who is not Der Führer reborn. Not McCain. Not Mitt. Not Bush 1.0 or 2.0. And Jeb!, had he become 3.0, would have been Hitler too.

But lets get back to George H W Bush. They made fun of him for being an out-of-touch elitist. He didn’t know what a supermarket scanner was. I’m sure you’ve heard that story over and over by now. And that was totally manufactured and made up by the New York Times. He did know what a supermarket scanner was. They gave him grief for playing golf. They gave him grief for recreating too much. They accused him of blood for oil. They accused him of trying to personally profit in the oil business going into Kuwait to kick Saddam out, just like they did of his son. And just like they did Dick Cheney. Remember Halliburton, Dick Cheney only went into Iraq and tried to install his buddies to run Iraq because Cheney personally with his buddies at Halliburton wanted the oil.

The media as well as the liberals didn’t treat George H. W. Bush like they’re describing him today. They didn’t treat him with this reverence and this respect. They did everything they could to mischaracterize him, to destroy his campaign, just like they do every other Republican. It’s really kind of comical to listen and see all of this revolutionist history.

Just to show the hypocrisy of both the Democrats and the "Lame-Stream" Media.

You know they wanted to trash 41. Someone must have explained to them that being "nastier-than-thou" wasn't working.

Never fear, though: they will return to the standard fare of hate-and-lies before this week is ended.

And one other thought: can you imagine what the Middle East would be like if Saddam had lasted until Barry was in office? The terrorist-enabler-in-chief would have made him into a bigger monster than ever.

What I saw happening to Trump was a lot of scrutinizing and nitpicking. He arrived at the funeral by motorcade, he handed the marine his coat, He didn't shake hands with Hillary. He saluted at the coffin of H.W. Bush. He didn't read the Apostle's Creed. Yada Yada Snore!!!

Really! The Critics really need to get themselves a life.

well said.

trump did every thing he could to defer attention to him.

I see yahoo is trashing him for not working the crowd. meaning he didn't walk up and down to shake all hands. they said it was a slight to pres carter.

him and mrs trump greeted the obamas. they were the folk to their immediate.

any other attempts woud have focus on him.

I am quite sure him and mrs trump met with pres carter.

I saw pres Clinton look as the trumps entered but mrs Clinton never turned.

trump was going to be dammed no matter what he did.

I see the news out lets are in a tizzie wondering why trump is not on twitter.

I believe trump is silence on twitter out of respect for PRES BUSH.

Welcome back Block ..

I watched a documentary about HW last night on PBS It praised a great man and his family .. also didn't ignore the fact that Bush was a one term Pres.

Your "various sources" got the supermarket scanner story wrong. PBS aired video of HW in a store scanning a carton of milk … not knowing and being surprised at how a supermarket scanner works.

So who cares … I don't. Just sayen .. every story you don't like might not be a lie.

I watched a bit of it before the Trumps arrived. Obama sat there with his nose in the air, and Michelle talked to Bill, while hiLIARy sat there stone-faced. Occasionally President Carter would speak to her or Bill, but he was pretty quiet.
The body language of Obama and hiLIARy was very telling. Both looked like they would rather be anywhere else.

Sigh. Even the liberal-leaning myth-busters at Snopes.com debunkedthe incident as a gross exaggeration, writing:

Andrew Rosenthal of The New York Times hadn't even been present at the grocers' convention. He based his article on a two-paragraph report filed by the lone pool newspaperman allowed to cover the event, Gregg McDonald of the Houston Chronicle, who merely wrote that Bush had a "look of wonder" on his face and didn't find the event significant enough to mention in his own story. Moreover, Bush had good reason to express wonder: He wasn't being shown then-standard scanner technology, but a new type of scanner that could weigh groceries and read mangled and torn bar codes.

Obama always has his nose in the air, thinks he is better than everybody. I would like to see him do that to someone who would knock that smug look off his face.

I saw the look on Trump's face .. he looked like he would rather be having sex with a hooker.

You are most certainly welcome Sir.

I have a prescription for you to follow that will solve all your problems but you must follow it faithfully. You must listen to 3 hrs a day to Rush Limbaugh for 6 weeks.

I fear that would lower my already miniscule IQ.
