It's hard to keep tabs on friends when they don't check their email. We have several friends that might be in harm's way from this monstrous storm, and many are posting on face book as they prepare for the worst and pray for the best. I'm sure they will post their status as they are able as time passes. I cannot comprehend what it must be like to live in an area that has this fearful situation year after year. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Oh Joy!!! My younger son who works on the road is heading to North Carolina. Hopefully, far enough inland to avoid the hurricane. There is always the heavy rain on the outskirts of the hurricane. My older son and his family live in Atlanta which while not in the path of the hurricane will definitely experience the heavy rain. Abracadabra
