My pleasure. I'm sorry to hear about your heat exhaustion; I know how debilitating that can be. Your interest in maple water is for its touted health benefits incl. electroytes I take it (?). I read coconut water is great for a quick energy boost + electrolyte replacement - do you find it so? Milk also recommended for a quick energy boost (protein). So much information on the internet isn't there. Read watermelon water and cactus water also sources of electrolytes (possibly more cost effective than maple water). And 'Parent's Choice Pediatric Electrolyte Drink', 1 L (Walmarts) listed amongst '7 Best Electrolyte Drinks of 2019' - best budget category. Recommended alternative to Gatorade as has less calories and less sugar (suitable adults also). Overall winner NOOMA Organic Electrolyte Sports Drink. Now I got carried away, lol. I hope you find something that works for you :- )
