One day.. when you become a victim of it.. You will understand it then.

It's the way Trump thinks,, and the way the far rights operates...
The idea that the mandate of Obamacare the penalty for not having insurance, seemed to be the government forcing people to do things..People could easily understand it was not the right thing to do..
Of course Conservatives were against it, and people who could afford insurance , but didn't want it, were against it.
But the focus of those trying to repeal "The mandate".. was NEVER about the mandate.. It was ALWAYS about the repeal of Obamacare.

the irony is that it was Never the mandate that made Obamacare illegal.. It was "the mandate" that made Obamacare legal.

so for Trump It was never about fixing the mandate..It was about repealing the mandate so the real goal of repealing Obamacare could be done.

Those Trump supporters who opposed the mandate... When you no longer have protection for pre-existing conditions, or full coverage.. or coverage for your grown children.. Think about what Trump did.. He doesn't want to take away "the mandate".. that's already been done.. He wanted to take away those other things

Now that's just about Obamacare .. but it's the way Trump operates about EVERYTHING..sidetrack, distractions.. and then lower the boom.

Whether it be in business or in government.. Trump doesn't care about what you agree with....If you agree it a done deal.. his objective is to use what you agreed..... to agree for something you wouldn't agree to. His objective in life is to get people to agree with something, that standing alone they would NEVER agree to..

that is his power.. that's how he judges his power.
That is the ART of the deal..
No one is immune.. and someday you'll find out .. when you're on the wrong side of it.

The constitutionality of the mandate was Never in question.. People maintain the option of not buying insurance and getting a penalty.

Do you have clue about government penalties for not doing something..? State and federal use penalties for just about everything.. the penalty for Not having insurance is not unconstitutional.. it certainly not for your car insurance.. or registration...for not filing your taxes....for not protecting others and having hazardous conditions. Penalties are everywhere..

Anyway.. what the courts are saying is the mandate is to have insurance... Like a mandate to obey a law.
So the penalty.. makes the mandate viable.. without it .. It's not

For example the government makes a law.. and says there no repercussions for not obeying the law... the law then become useless.. the law becomes unconstituitonal
