When people talk golf where I live---they talk Tiger Woods & how he played the game. How he ruled for quite some time. They honor him to this day and hope he can get his game back.

I don't believe it was because of his race, but because of his rapid shooting star status and star appeal as a young player. Then his true personal character came out, but like some other "scoundrels" in the public eye, people just didn't care about that. They still want to see that "star quality" in them.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Life is full of our so called ups and downs.Tiger's life certainly shows that all to clearly. Sometimes those that display unworldly qualities need to be reminded that we all are human and thus mortals.
He is both beloved and hated by two separate sides that are indeed totally correct .

He must win because he is black or because those white guys can't jump.

It would appear that some ppl just can't get away from their hate at those who support Trump, even to talk about Tiger Woods.

The main thread had to do with what Hiram sees as a racial bias among some folks, although this case was racial bias in favor of blacks. Racism has been around long before Trump became POTUS and dragging Trump into the discussion betrays a hate obsession in the person who does it, and such obsession, I suspect, is due to some irrational and insecure fear.

GBU all,
